Crisis Control Ministry

Crisis Control Ministry used funds from the Kernersville Foundation to provide critical housing assistance to Kernersville residents facing short-term financial crises. These funds were used directly toward rent or mortgage payments to help prevent eviction or foreclosure and ensure housing stability for individuals and families in our community. There is a big need. In 2024, CCM provided $138,246 in housing assistance to 422 Kernersville residents. As the cost of housing continues to rise and more working households struggle to make ends meet, this funding will allow us to meet increasing demand and keep our neighbors safely housed.
