Friends of the Paddison Memorial Library

Kernersville Foundation funds were primarily used for a summer “Color Our World” reading program to encourage children to read over the summer months. Funds were also used to support the Junior Library Guild. The library purchased a curated selection of 19 new children’s books, available for Kernersville students to check out and enjoy at their leisure. The library also purchased a curated selection of 18 new adult books for the Kernersville community to check out. At the conclusion of the summer program, the library purchased 37 new books for the library’s year-round circulation.
