Kernersville Auto Museum

The Kernersville Auto Museum is a free service for community residents. The Kernersville Auto Museum had approximately 6,000 visitors during 2025. It is a popular place for residents of local nursing homes to visit. Although many guests are Kernersville residents, the auto museum also had visitors from all parts of the world who then dine at local restaurants and stay at Kernersville hotels. Other benefits to Kernersville include: (1) the auto museum is available as a meeting space; (2) the museum is the location for filming Triad Today, a weekly television show; (3) the museum provides a car to several local nonprofit events (at no cost). Foundation support is utilized to pay utility and occupancy costs, as all the building supervision is donated by volunteers.
